Majestic Mobile Manor

Not very majestic... We picked this park due to its proximity to the downtown Seattle area and regretted that decision. The park has a 55+ community up front with the old and run down trailers and the RV sites in the back. The roads are paved and the sites are gravel. Many of the sites are occupied by full time trailer/camper/5th wheel residents. The water at this park is nasty. We have a two filter system before water enters our coach and we still had a significant sewer smell to the water along with a yellow tint. 3 days in the park and our main canister filter was completely clogged. Even after replacing both filters, we could not get rid of the smell and color. Our interaction with the owner added to our negative opinion of the park. We made the mistake of having our mail forwarded to us at the park. However, the park address that is listed on their website and Google is the owners house and not the RV park itself. Our box arrived at the owners house and I got a long and rude lecture from the man about not using his house address for any mail. This is the first park that we are rating a 1 out of 5 and warn everyone to avoid it all costs.
