Harmony Lake RV Park

For our stay in the Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens area, we picked Harmony Lake RV because of its location on the lake and being centrally located near both parks. The park has great scenery being right on the lake with a series of docks for its customers. However, the sites are extremely tight and the hookups are not convenient. Our waste hose hook up was significantly uphill to the point that we waited until our last day to dump the tanks by pulling forward so that the hose had enough downhill slope to drain correctly. The park has good amenities with a small bathroom and shower building, volleyball and horse shoe area along with a fish cleaning/dish cleaning station near the docks. We had a chance to meet the owners of the park and they were nice. They are expanding across the road to add more sites that are big rig capable. We rate the current park as a 3 out of 5, but are interested to try it again once the expansion portion opens.
