Avoid this park!!! Our 4 days spent here we miserable. The check in staff sent us to our site down a road that would not accommodate a large RV. After getting stuck in the branches of a tree trying to make a corner, we backed up and tried a different route offered by one of maintenance staff. He had to hold up the overhead utility lines with a piece of lumber in order for us to get to our site. The site was a joke. It was a grass/mud bog that was sloped so badly that we had to use every block I carry in order to get even close to level. Then we find out that they have no sewer. Not only do they not have sewer service, the dump station is set up so that no large RV or 5th wheel can get into it to dump. They offer a mobile dump service for the low price of $30 and they show up at your site when they show up, only on Tuesday and maybe Wednesday morning. We payed the dump fee as we move from park to park with our tanks half full of soapy water to clean them and then waited Tuesday morning for the mobile dump service, and waited, and waited and finally went to the office to ask when they would show up. Since we had to deal with no tank space for our 4 days here, we used their shower and bathroom facilities. The showers for my first day had mud and grass in them, which is understandable given the sites and the rain. However, the same mud and grass was in the same stall for day 2 and 3. I was in the bathroom/shower when the cleaning happened and they made sure the mirrors were clean and the TP was stocked, but nobody cleaned the floors. The park is loaded with sketchy and run down trailers and park models to keep with the theme of a trashy RV park. The ONLY good thing I can say about this park is that their wifi worked. I will NEVER stay at this park again and the Sun Resort group is suspect for any future reservations. If I could give this park a 0 out of 5 or a negative, I would. The pictures don't capture well enough the mud bog that was our camp site. I was so motivated to leave this morning, that I only snapped these two pictures.
