Battle Creek, Michigan

We planned our route to take us through Michigan so we could visit good friends in the Battle Creek and Grand Rapids areas. It was great to see the sights of both areas and to catch up with our friends. Michigan is an amazing state with beautiful lakes, farm country and forests. Besides the quality time with our friends in both areas, we toured the Gerald Ford Museum, walked through the city sites in Grand Rapids and saw several art displays as part of their Art Prize festival and saw the house in Marshall, MI that was the inspiration for the new movie The House with the Clock in Its Walls.
