Mainstay Cottages & RV Park, Winter Harbor, ME

Great little RV park in Winter Harbor, Maine. The park is very small with only 10 sites. The sites are gravel, but have a fantastic view of the bay. The camp hosts are extremely nice and helpful. They give recommendations for restaurants, sights, festivals, etc. and are often working around their garden or the park. The park is light on amenities with only a small laundry room. On the hill leading down to the water they also have a fire pit and chairs that were popular on many of the nights. The wifi at the park worked well, which was nice for us. Winter Harbor is about an hour from the main park area of Acadia, so be prepared for the daily drive if the park is the primary goal for sightseeing. The park is beautiful, very relaxing and the service from the camp owners/hosts put this park in the 4 out of 5 rating. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.
