Leisure Lake Membership RV Resort, Shorewood, IL

A large RV park right at the I-55 and I-80 interchange. The location makes it an easy 30 minute drive into downtown Chicago. The sites and roads in the park are all gravel with a picnic table and fire pit at each site. The majority of the sites are back in. The park has a lot of amenities for the family starting with the lake at the center. They have fishing piers, boat rentals, a swimming area and beach, separate swimming pool, mini golf, horseshoes, volleyball and more. The laundry is small for a park of this size, but decent. They offer wifi and it was usable. The park clearly caters to full time/long term residents, but the sites are still clean and not cluttered. We rate this park a 3 out of 5 and would stay here again when we are back in the area.
